November 30, 2006

Ongoing changes and technological advances have changed how documents are published and the concept of what is published. He served two terms on the Executive Board of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and as its president for the 2001 term. As the AALL’s Washington Affairs representative, Oakley works on a wide variety of issues ranging from access to government information to censorship on the information networks and telecommunications reform.
