Evidence-based practice initiatives are cornerstone to excellence in nursing practice and the ANCC Magnet program. Our speaker is Peg Allen, an internationally recognized expert in nursing information resources. Peg will help librarians and nursing staff search more effectively, develop collaborative education and service strategies and evaluate point of care resources to improve practice and satisfy ANCC Magnet guidelines.
Healthcare institutions are implementing ANCC Magnet status to promote nursing excellence, increase patient and healthcare provider satisfaction and differentiate themselves in their local markets. If one of your goals is to play a role in collaborating to promote nursing excellence, or if your institution is working toward achieving (or renewing) its ANCC Magnet Status, this program is for you!
This program has been approved for 6 MLA CE credits.
