QuickDoc – Making the most of your ILL tracking software

This class will cover the basics BUT for those of you who have been using the software for a while, there also will be plenty of content which should be of interest, including: 

- best practices in terms of database management - tips for ensuring proper saving of all DOCLINE requests- how to work with the various reports

- how to manage the patron file (and delete those staff no longer at your institution)

- generating an EFTS file

- generating Local and Library Invoices for activity with charges incurred

- importing OCLC items from OCLC Monthly Resource Sharing Reports (let us know if you are using OCLC!!!)

If you have specific questions or topics you would like Jay to cover, feel free to let us know so that he can be sure to include those in the session.
